  1. Beautiful writing and interesting perfumes – what an inspiring list!
I adore Mito, for me it is a look back into the receding summer, thanks for including it (that gives me license to wear it with abandon in the autumn. 😉 )

  2. Maybe it's the sight of the trees undressing, but autumn increases my desire to wear woodsy scents. +1 on Exhale. Feminite du Bois typifies an autumnal mood for me. Your note on Interlude Man is making me await the sample that is on it's way with increased anticipation.

  3. I am glad you picked my favorite for autumn (if I lived somewhere with an autumn season…) Interlude Man. Thanks for some other great suggestions to try!

  4. Sir, your writing is inspiring and that Hermes scent sounds right up my alley. I'll have to look into that one. I see we both featured a scent from Etat Libre D'Orange…very cool. Great list as always.

  5. Great list. I must get myself into a lush store. It's just so hard to sniff anything in there because the place has that one general overwhelming odor about it. Babylon sounds like a nice fall scent too.

  6. Poodle, thank you.

I know what you mean about Lush, but it really is worth it. They used to offer a great sampling service on their site. I wonder if they still do.

Babylon is beautiful, but I don't seem to be able to find it on Angela Flanders' site.

  7. Aftelier's cepes & tuberose ! Its like taking a walk through a forest, shimmering leaves on ancient trees and damp earth under foot.

I love hearing from my readers, so please feel free to write a comment or ask a question.
